Shine Services approached us with an idea for an app which would enable them to improve customer retention and enable them to send out messages to their customers keeping them up to date on what they provided. Fealty Ltd. developed an app which enabled their customers to book appointments from within the app saving Shine Services time by streamlining the booking system, the app also contained a customer loyalty program in which customers could collect points to use towards rewards. With the app Shine Services can send out frequent messages reminding users about all the services Shine offers, and they can use it to remind customers of times they should call Shine in to do regular maintenance.
